Who we are: Merit Digital Advisory operates from the United Kingdom and is in the process of incorporation as a UK private limited company.   • Billing information: billing name, address, and payment details, processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems).

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, referring/exit pages, and interactions with our dashboard and reports.
  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 5 below.

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information about you from business partners, publicly available sources, or data enrichment providers, which we use to better understand prospective clients and tailor our outreach.

Specifically, we currently use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Formspree, which processes and delivers submissions from our contact form (your name, company, email, and message) to our team;
  • TradingView, which powers the embedded market data widgets on our website and dashboard; loading this widget may allow TradingView to set its own cookies or collect usage data, as described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
